AzubiTrack gUG (i.G.) Trusted Pathways to Ausbildung

Ethical Pathways to Germany — Reliable, Pre-Screened Talent for German Institutions

Currently specialising in South Asia, with a primary focus on Pakistan — deep local knowledge, Goethe- & ÖSD-certified candidates, and a rigorous selection process.

Our Mission

Bridging talent and opportunity — ethically and transparently.

We connect motivated young people from Pakistan and beyond with trusted German institutions through a fair, structured, and fully transparent process. Our milestone-based approach, need-based fee waivers, and dedicated post-arrival support ensure every candidate is guided — not just placed.

🏛️ Nonprofit organization — not an agency ⚖️ No placement fees 🎓 Academic & civil society support 💚 BISP 100% fee waiver

What makes us different

We provide fair, transparent guidance to motivated international youth on their path to Germany — and we partner with German institutions to fill their needs.

    Pledge to Give Back

Your success helps someone else succeed. After placement, you mentor one candidate for about 4 hours/month over 6 months. This keeps costs low, builds community & improves outcomes.

    🎯 Who We Support

    • Age: 18–35 (preferably under 24)
    • Education: FA / F.Sc. / ICS / Vocational diploma
    • Willingness: Ready to learn German and follow a structured plan
    • Integrity: Committed to honest, accurate documentation
    • Low-income families: BISP-registered households receive 100% fee waivers
Not for you if you expect shortcuts, guaranteed visas, or fake documents. We guide honestly — we do not make false promises.

    💡 Our Philosophy

    ⚖️
    Fairness

    🔍
    Transparency

    🤝

      Fees & Social Policy

Fair, flexible & need-based fees — you pay only at each milestone. BISP (Benazir Income Support Programme – a social protection initiative of the Government of Pakistan) and low-income waivers available.

💚 BISP (Benazir Income Support Programme – a social protection initiative of the Government of Pakistan) Fee Waiver (100%): Candidates from BISP-registered households qualify for a complete fee waiver. Simply mention it at first contact — all requests are handled with full confidentiality.

AzubiTrack gUG (i. G.) is a nonprofit. Our fees are not placement fees. They cover your full guided journey (9–15 months) from first contact through at least 3 months after your arrival in Germany. Currently, we do not have arrangements to charge German employers or institutions.

      Our Milestone-Based Fee Model

You pay only when you reach each milestone — no large upfront payment.

📊 Fee Overview — All Milestones
Pathway M1 — Start Your Case M2 — Contract Received M3 — Visa Approved Total
      FSJ / BFD€125€125€250€500
      Ausbildung€125€250€375€750
      Duale Studium€125€375€500€1,000
      Job€125€500€875€1,500

Fees reflect each pathway's reality: FSJ/BFD candidates rely on personal savings, while Ausbildung trainees and Job candidates receive salaries from day one.

ℹ️ Founding phase: These fees are temporary. As government, institutional, and corporate funding partnerships grow, fees will be progressively reduced or removed.

      💼 What Your Fee Covers
      • 🔍 Profile assessment & orientation
      • 📄 Document preparation — CV, motivation letter, certificates
      • 🤝 Matching & application support — employers, training programmes, host families
      • 📬 Contract review & pre-departure briefing
      • 🛂 Visa application guidance — forms, appointment prep, embassy requirements
      • ✈️ Pre-arrival orientation — housing, health insurance, everyday life in Germany
      • 🏠 Post-arrival support (min. 3 months) — integration, workplace & admin help
🏛️ How We Finance Fair Support

All fees go directly to running our office, team salaries, communication, and tools — no profit is generated. Our small staged fees — with BISP and need-based waivers — are structured to be fair, legal, and fully transparent. Every euro is reinvested to support the next candidate on their journey.

❓ Why Do We Charge Any Fees At All?

Guiding a candidate from first contact to arrival in Germany takes 9–15 months of active work: calls, document reviews, applications, coaching, visa prep, and post-arrival support. Without fees, we cannot sustain the team that delivers this. Our staged model means you only pay as you progress — and if you don't reach a milestone, you don't pay for it.

⚠️ Important Conditions (Please Read Carefully)

📌 False claims (e.g. misuse of BISP waiver) result in cancellation of the application from AzubiTrack services.

📌 AzubiTrack gUG (i.G.) does not guarantee any contracts, placements, or visas. We are a guidance and support organisation.

📌 For Ausbildung and FSJ/BFD, German law prohibits charging fees for securing a contract. Our fees cover consultancy and support only — never placement.

Packages for Admission, Job-Seeker, Blue Card & Anerkennung

We offer two focused support packages depending on how much help you need.

      Basic — €50

2 short support sessions (15 minutes each)

      Comprehensive — €150

6 short support sessions (15 minutes each)

Waivers available for need-based candidates (e.g., BISP)

Currently, we do not have arrangements to charge German employers any money to hire the student/employee.

      For German Institutions

Pre-screened, motivated candidates with transparent documentation — ready to start.

🤝 Ready to cooperate? We provide a simple, one-page cooperation letter — no cost, no long-term obligation. It defines our mutual responsibilities clearly and protects both sides.

      For Our German Partners

Finding motivated, well-prepared international candidates takes time and resources most German organisations don't have. AzubiTrack takes over the full pre-screening, coaching, documentation, and visa support process — presenting candidates who are truly ready to start.

      • ✅ Pre-screened candidates with verified documents and realistic German language levels
      • ✅ Interview-coached and motivated — prepared before the first meeting
      • ✅ Full visa and onboarding support so your team is not burdened
      • Why this focus? In the beginning, we specialise in Pakistan to ensure depth over breadth — rigorous pre-screening, cultural preparation, and reliable quality rather than a broad scatter approach across many markets
